3. Prohibited Conduct

- Exploit bugs or glitches. All exploits must be reported immediately.
- Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Impersonate staff members or other players.
- Attempt to disrupt server operations (DDoS, flooding, etc.).
- Use offensive or inappropriate character/guild names.
4. Virtual Items & Donations
- All virtual items and currency are the property of CCG INC.
- Donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
- CCG INC. reserves the right to modify, add, or remove virtual items at any time.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
- All players must follow in-game rules and guidelines posted by staff.
- Staff decisions regarding bans, mutes, and penalties are final.
- Multi-clienting policies must be respected as defined by server rules.
6. Service Availability
CCG INC. does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The server may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or data during downtime.
7. Privacy
We collect and store certain information (IP address, account data, game logs) to operate our services. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. By using our services, you consent to this data collection.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and assets associated with CCG INC. are owned by or licensed to CCG INC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
9. Termination
CCG INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.
10. Changes to Terms
